Dear Family,
Everything is great!! I got to my residence place fine, then went to my classroom where I will be spending most of my time.  I met my companion.  His name is Elder Wolsey and we're getting along great.  The first day was tough, not gonna lie.  Lots of stuff to learn and lots of stuff to get better with. After we got settled and everything, they had us go to 3 teaching experiances.  That was really hard.  We got to meet 3 wonderful people Babara, Lewanda, and Jose.  They each had so many problems and trials in their life and it was interesting to meet those people.  It's hard to know what the invesigator really wants to know sometimes.  The right answer isn't always the best answer and it's hard to understand what you need to say.  But I know if I keep trying and study hard then I will be fine. 
So I just wanted to say that I'm great and am having a wonderful time here in the MTC, and I can't wait to keep on going with this exerience.  I love you all, and I want to thank you for your prayers.

Farewell Lunch 5.13.12

Elder Beckert's "farewell" talk was on Mother's day 2012.  He did a great job!!

After we had a great lunch in our backyard with a lot of good food and good people!
